The Gateway to Manchester TradFest began as a dream, an idea inspired by other memorable tradfest weekends frequented over the years. We wanted to bring the life and soul of a tradfest to Manchester, a city steeped in music and Irish history and wonderful people. Thanks to the TGTMT team, this dream has now become a reality and Manchester has finally been put on the TradFest map!

All of our founders have been fortunate enough to grow up surrounded by the music, song and tradition, influenced by friends, family and inspirational musicians. We can't wait to welcome you to our incredible city, share the magic of the trad community and showcase the best in Irish traditional music and culture.
